About the Event
Article Club is on...line! We'll try this virtually, through Zoom. As usual, the article is a quick, thought-provoking read. So there's plenty of time to be ready to participate if you're interested. Or just log in and listen!
This is a free event!
April's article is "'Tiny Habits' Are The Key To Behavioral Change" : https://www.npr.org/2020/02/25/809256398/tiny-habits-are-the-key-to-behavioral-change

I've completely stopped making New Year's Resolutions because they don't work. One reason is that, inherent in them, is the idea that I'm not enough, and the glaring light of Jan 1 is supposed to guilt me into being better. Another reason is that I always picked sweeping change (get in the best shape of my life, quit biting my nails, spend an hour outside every day), so they never even seemed attainable when I made them. I heard BJ Fogg on a podcast, and something clicked. Like it's supposed to! I encourage you to read this article and come chat with me about it!
About Article Club: For those of you that wish you had time for a book club. We'll have a casual discussion about the article and any relevant themes. Article Club meets monthly on the second Thursday. Each is an individual gathering - no need to attend all to participate.
